Grazie mille per la recensione! Siamo felici che tu ti stia trovando bene con la carta WaldenPay e con la nostra assistenza. Apprezziamo davvero la tua fiducia! 🙌
I had an issue with my card being withdrawn for security reasons, and I was initially concerned about losing my funds and having to pay for a replacement card. I contacted WaldenPay support, and they replied very quickly. The support agent explained what happened, clarified the card issuance fee, and confirmed that my remaining balance had been returned to my wallet. They also credited $10 to cover the replacement card issuance, which was a nice touch. What I liked most was how responsive and straightforward the support was. My questions were answered quickly, and when I asked about the minimum balance required for a new card, they explained the options clearly, including the possibility of a refund. Everything had been smooth and clean with the service before this incident, and the support experience was good. I’m keeping my account open and will probably continue using WaldenPay. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that having my card withdrawn and needing to top up again for a replacement was inconvenient. Overall, good service and especially good customer support. Fast replies and clear communication make a big difference.

Works. The only issue I had was with support. But after some time, they started being active again.
