BE CAREFULL
To anyone considering using Waldenpay: It works at first, but once you start using the platform and the card properly, strange things happen all the time. I encountered three separate issues with their service within 24 hours, and suddenly my card was frozen and my funds were locked. I cannot access my money while they investigate the matter, and their customer service NEVER gets back to me. They have an AI bot that responds quickly in the chat, but that’s useless when you have actual problems. You pay for things to be handled properly, but they aren't. I am still waiting for my money and a response from customer service. I’m about to give up. I suggest you try a different provider instead.

Hi Kim, thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry for the experience. You're right that the last few days were not normal. Our previous banking partner introduced restrictions that no longer allowed us to keep our existing cards running, and a number of cards were frozen or cancelled on the issuer's side before replacements were available. We have since moved to a new banking partner, and every affected card is being replaced free of charge, with the full balance moved to the new card. No funds are lost: the balance on a frozen or cancelled card is reserved for its owner. We also hear you on support. The chat assistant handles routine questions, but a case like yours should have reached a person faster. If you send your account email to [email protected] with "Trustpilot" in the subject, a team member will reply directly with the status of your card and your balance. WaldenPay team
