While not perfect (who is?), I have no complaints whatsoever with Volusion. I highly recommend them!

Great company

Volusion is a great company to work with. Their products are creative, innovative and fresh and they do updates regularly. Their support staff are wonderful - both direct by phone and chat as well as through tickets. They will not give up on a query until it has been resolved. They recently reduced their 24/7 phone support to close during early morning hours which is harder for overseas clients in different time zones but ticketing and chat is still exceptional and available during these hours. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
