Jeff R was very helpful. Our fulfillment company sends tracking emails to customers but many go into spam. I reached out to Volusion because we were manually sending them which was extremely time consuming. Jeff R showed me a little trick where I could just add orders to a batch, click a button and send all of them a second tracking email. Thank you!

Jeff is always a reliable source for all the glitches and issues that occur with my website. Some of the other technical service specialists don’t go the extra step or fail to follow up as promised and I’m always pleased when I get Jeff as I know the issue will get sorted out!

I worked on the website skatesonhaight.com for over a decade which was hosted by Volusion. Best feature was the ability to customize the volusion front and back end plus customize through extensions and other in house software engineering. Live customer service was professional, helpful and responsive. Chat help was also extremely well done.
