Hi Claude. Our apologies - shipments to Canada should have had those charges included in the UPS shipping fees. We've gone ahead and refunded the shipping costs on your order and hope you will reconsider your review.
I have worked with these guys before and I keep coming back! Very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I have bought several pieces of equipment and they have helped tremendously with the decisions that I needed to make Worked on pricing, shipping and the right product. I would recommend this company.

Our apologies for the mix up on this one! We've issued a full refund for your order.
I ordered a Nuova Simonelli filtration kit, pictured with hardware, and received only a 3M replacement filter for $270. I sent it back immediately. Nice try, but no thank you. Not what I ordered.

Our apologies for any confusion on this order - the refund is being processed.
Poor communication about shipment being separate until I reached out and then still a delay. Going to be at least a 2 week difference in receiving the water filter kit I ordered as one set. Could have ordered somewhere else fir same price if known it'd be this long.
