The Tea SpotReviews of theteaspot.com

I am a new fan and consumer of The Tea Spot. I have been purchasing Hibiscus tea leaves and sachets (tea bags) from them for several months. I love the fact that they're conscientious about using the best materials for their sachets. I reached out to customer service about cold brewing the Hibiscus tea and Tracy was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. I appreciated her enthusiasm and desire to assist me. The Tea Spot has a great variety of teas as well as various products (mason jars, cold brew filters, etc.) for their customers' benefit. Their website is super customer friendly and I appreciate the fact that they include helpful articles, etc.

We are a big fan of Tea Spot teas. The flavors and blends far surpass other premium teas. The tea is always fresh tasting and not stale or dried out like others. We use tea as much as possible to stay healthy and avoid drugs. Customer service is excellent and we love that it is woman owned and a local Colorado business.

I love Tea Spot! I discovered them about 4 years ago and have been a loyal customer since then. I've contacted customer service for various reasons, including advice on teas for my specific health needs, over the years and have always had a great outcome. I love their mission and values about supporting other causes through their donations, the quality is one I trust 100%, and the health benefits have helped me. Their website is easy to navigate. I love that we earn rewards! My favorite teas are cinnamon, keep fit, adaptogen, tumeric tonic, and I just ordered the 88th tea for the first time with my current rewards and can't wait to try it for its health benefits! Clearly, I can't say enough about this great company!

Great customer service! I emailed about having lost my lid and they sent me the link to order a new one right away! Excited to try some of the new teas and be able to use my steepware again!

The Tea Spot has wonderful tea. Their Winter Solstice is my favorite. Regardless of your flavor choices The Tea Spot will not disappoint. Their customer service is friendly and very helpful with any issues you may have. This will always be my Spot to purchase my favorite teas. Give Tea Spot a try you will not regret it.

I've been a fan of The Tea Spot for several years and have always been pleased with my purchases and this last one was no exception! Angie provided me with exceptional customer service! Thank you TTS & Angie!

Not only are their teas excellent but they are an absolutely friendly and professional company when it comes to customer service. Recently I ordered a product and it was delivered to the wrong aptartment. I reached out to them and without hesitation they sent me a replacement. I found that very respectful and kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 🫶🏻, Jackie vice

I’ve tried many of their teas and they are the best I have had. Especially Lights Out, Keep Fit, and Rise and Chai. Their service is world class.
