Website was easy to use and they had the items that I needed. It would be nice if you could filter espresso machine parts by brand, but other than that no complaints.

Shipping is way too slow. I called ahead of my order to make sure the item was in stock and ready to ship, I was told it was available and would ship next day. 4 days later the item had not shipped so I had to call them again. Had to wait the entire weekend and they finally shipped it next Monday. I planned on ordering most of my new shop equipment with Voltage but I am having second thoughts after this experience. Other than that, customer service was very prompt and professional, and their items are great quality.
