I was frustrated after ordering a item for not receiving any shipping info for a while. But I got it soon after talking with custom support and It was delivered carefully as tracking info. Nice response and quick delivery was impressive enough.

Ordered the product three months ago. Was sent an email about the delivery status saying it would arrive at the beginning of the month. Now it's the 22nd of that month and I still haven't received my product. I reached out to customer service to inquire and they were very responsive. It now seems my product will arrive in the next week or two, I guess I will find out.

Brandon — three months, a delivery date in writing, then nothing. Giving you a date we didn't hold and not correcting it is the actual failure. Our order communication was being rebuilt during the ownership change in early 2022, but that shouldn't have become your problem. Lead times are now published so they move when a manufacturer's timeline moves. Sorry for the extra stress our issues caused you. If/when you come back again you'll find a very different service experience. — Ryan
We have not received our coffee maker yet, but have been informed it shipped. It has been 3 months since we ordered it. Todd

Todd — three months, and "it shipped" with nothing arriving. If tracking existed we should have given it to you; if it didn't, we should have said so plainly. That ambiguity came from systems being swapped mid-transition in 2022. Sorry for leaving you guessing, we should have done better. After our transition we rebuilt all our service flows so I trust you'll have a much better experience next time. Sorry again for the hassle we created you. — Ryan
