Beautiful products, excellent craftsmanship

The staff was very kind and super helpful. I have ordered multiple items and the entire process was easy with awesome products.

While the tub itself is beautiful With a couple tiny defects in the porcelain, We’ve tried to communicate in regards to the drainage pipes we ordered along with the tub, Which were damaged in shipping sent pictures… I have not received any response in regards to replacing those and every time I try to look or find emails or follow up on it. I’m not getting good responses. The last correspondence I had stated in review. That was days ago, and I haven’t heard anything since. That was my third or fourth attempt in communicating. I would like to Reevaluate my review, If I get a response and a resolution to the damage on the drainage pipe pipes.

Customer service was very helpful. The value and quality of the shower doors were great for a kit (as opposed to custom doors). Delivery through their freight partner took longer than expected and there was no tracking information, so had to call the company regularly for updates.
