The tub is great, the faucet was the same and straightforward. The drain was a little difficult to get completely sealed.

I ordered an entire house worth of plumbing fittings that were supposedly in stock and ready to ship in five business days. I called to confirm this upon placing the order as was assured that everything, with one exception, was in stock and ready to ship. Over a month later, with no sign of the items and many unreturned calls, I cancelled the order. It then took over two weeks to receive a credit on my American Express. Worst experience!

The tub arrived and was shipped standing up some how the tub had slid threw the box and the side was poking threw, there was a slight scratch on the tub. The shipping company said if we opened the box to inspect it they couldn’t take it back and vintage tub said if we didn’t inspect the tub within 24 hours we couldn’t get a refund. So we were stuck either way with the tub.

Ordered a claw foot tub package from them. I did not realize how heavy a cast iron tub was. It was a pain to get it up the stairs but it looks beautiful in my upstairs bathroom.
