Product arrived in good packaging, but the material wasn't as described and it showed a little bit of wear from shipping. Was told it would cost $375 dollars to return. Make sure you are 100% sure you want the product you are ordering.

The walls were totally out of square and had a tremendous bow in them. Making it very difficult to lineup and attach them altogether.They were different lengths and in order to align the tiles I had to leave a visible gap at the bottom that has to be fill in with silicone. The gap was around 1/2 inch not very good to look at. I really expected more given the price that I paid.

The faucet is damaged and not functioning properly. It appears the spout was twisted in manufacturing and is now preventing full water flow. I will be contacting vintage for a resolution to this massive issue.

I got a really poor service. I wrote an email with a couple of technical questions before purchasing a shower rod. Even though I explained in the email that I'm from Europe (so I cannot call them, I would prefer an email communication) and the package will be delivered to third party delivery company and this is one of the reasons I need the answers before ordering the rod, I was totally ignored. At first, Brandi replied to me with the tech line number, and then just ignored my email. Why do you have a sales department email on your website if there's no one to help you to make the purchase and has the answers to the technical questions or at least can forward the email to someone who knows the answers. And by the way, after a while a friend of mine managed to call the tech line, during the working hours, and guess what? No one answered or returned the call. This is pathetic.

This company is an absolute joke. Save yourself a huge headache and a lot of hassle and order elsewhere. They shipped me a faucet that was missing a label cap and the faucet also leaks so terribly that I had to turn my water off to my whole home because the leak was so bad. I had it installed by a licensed contractor and when it was leaking, the work was checked by a plumber, who verified that it was installed correctly. I paid almost $700 for this faucet. I sat on the phone and pressed “2” for customer service and every time I waited for multiple minutes on hold and then a sales associate ordered to tell me they couldn’t help and kept sending me back to the main menu. I am going to dispute this charge with American Express since the company cannot seem to make it right and I am going to dispose of the unit. Awful product, awful customer service. Will never shop here again and I’m going to tell my contractor to warn all of his customers to not purchase from this website.

I cancelled my order within their listed cancellation policy and still haven't received a refund. Despite following their rules and not even receiving the tub, they said I'm not eligible for a refund. Now I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Read the rest of the bad reviews, they'll tell you the same thing! I wish I had.

Their customer service is a joke. I emailed them to ask what their normal turnaround time for deliveries are. Meaning, was I looking at days? Weeks? Months? A year? All they would tell me is to look at my tracking. Which, after 2 weeks, still showed that my order was processing. So I replied to the email saying I knew they can't provide an exact date yet but that I just wanted an estimate.. They 100% ignore me! So I started a new email, they replied the same generic answer but acknowledged my last email. That means they got my reply and they chose to ignore it. This happened 3-4 times and I still didn't get an answer. I can't wait months for my tub so I started a final email saying I just need to cancel. Per their cancellation policy, you can cancel before it has been shipped and my tracking still said it was processing. But they won't let me cancel! They said my tracking isn't right and that it already shipped. It obviously hasn't though, because I still don't have it. And if it already shipped, why wouldn't they tell me that when I asked? Because they are full of it, that's why. No matter how much they drag me around, I'm not paying for something they never sent and that I cancelled within what their policy dictates. Buyers beware, they'll scam you if you let them!

I never leave bad reviews, but this was really, really bad, especially for the incredibly high price tag. Paid $1,000 for a shower extension we can't return after installing and wanted to replace immediately after we put it in. Cons: - Inaccurate size description. This particular item is best fit for someone about 5'5" in size - anyone above that needs to crouch to get their hair wet. The description made no mention of this. - Difficult to install without leaks unless you have a plumber do it. The instructions technically walk you through how to do it, but you need to be pretty handy to do it properly. Factor in an additional $150 or so to have someone do the plumbing part! - Flimsy materials and assembly. We installed exactly as described with the hardware provided, and it'll barely hold up a thin plastic shower curtain. Needs better reinforcement or to be made of more robust materials. - The price for what we received is outrageous. We paid $1,000 for this and have been kicking ourselves from the moment we installed it. Incredible waste of money. - Rigid return policy. As soon as you install it, it's yours. Be very aware of this and lay it out before you put it in to be sure it'll fit your space. Pros: - Delivery time - Accurate color description - Helpful installation paperwork
