I assuming you're experiencing the credit card payment methods on our service (Tazapay) at the moment you made a purchase. For this, it is third party payment provider that sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't, we've worked with Tazapay about this and come to no solution due to their digitals good policies doesn't support this type of digital goods. If you said we are fraudster whom looking to make a quick buck out of you, you can always talk to your bank about it. For the solution, we best recommend you to work with our PayPal, Remitly or Crypto to experience the best possible service. Your Obvious scam claimed comes with nothing on your end. If your account get recovers, you can always open a discord ticket via our discord server so we can come and help you out at: http://vikingdota.com/discord. We even have a section that direct our customer to our email after purchase was successful for any troubles related to your purchase, which you'd obviously know if you landed a successful purchase on our site. Please don't try to sabotage our website out of hate or fear of losing your hard earn cash. We'll always make sure you get what your money is paying for. Best Regards

Everything's solved. Sorry, due to the moderator's laziness, which has been postponed your account, something I don't have control over.

Let me talk about the elephant in the room. We're not ignoring you, per se. I'm delivering the information to my distributor exactly when you forward us your steam link, and I delivered your words exactly as you said, even screenshotting you the time and date with chat on our distributor to see that I'm on time on my deliveries to my distributors and towards my customers. What I can't control is when my distributor will deliver your items due to gift limitations per day that Steam implements. You can read more about it here: https://dota2.fandom.com/wiki/Wrapped_Gift About the experiences, I suspect we're in different time zones, judging by the time you message me over Discord, I'd be fast asleep by then, but I still make my reply first thing when I'm awake. In your review, you talked like I abandoned you, which is not true. About the reviews on the main site, as I've already addressed in Discord, we showed the feature reviews first, and then they will show recents later when you're at a certain point of the website. And after reading your review on both the main site and here, I suspect this will be your last purchase from us. So I hope nothing but the best for you. If in any case you come back to us for more, we'd still be welcoming you with open arms. Cheers!
