I assuming you're experiencing the credit card payment methods on our service (Tazapay) at the moment you made a purchase. For this, it is third party payment provider that sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't, we've worked with Tazapay about this and come to no solution due to their digitals good policies doesn't support this type of digital goods. If you said we are fraudster whom looking to make a quick buck out of you, you can always talk to your bank about it. For the solution, we best recommend you to work with our PayPal, Remitly or Crypto to experience the best possible service. Your Obvious scam claimed comes with nothing on your end. If your account get recovers, you can always open a discord ticket via our discord server so we can come and help you out at: http://vikingdota.com/discord. We even have a section that direct our customer to our email after purchase was successful for any troubles related to your purchase, which you'd obviously know if you landed a successful purchase on our site. Please don't try to sabotage our website out of hate or fear of losing your hard earn cash. We'll always make sure you get what your money is paying for. Best Regards

Everything's solved. Sorry, due to the moderator's laziness, which has been postponed your account, something I don't have control over.

Hi, I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner; we've had a lot of orders to sort through. Per the ticket, we've told you we've sent out a lot of information to help you claim the account back, but Steam demanded a Steam wallet code that we couldn't provide and, therefore, dismissed your case, we recognize that we couldn't help you with another account due to we've already swapped the account back then for you and the warranty's date is expired, so the best next thing is to offer you a big discount for your latten trouble but you refuses. We at Viking value our reputation, and we value our customers even more than everything, which has several confirmed reviews, as you can check below and on our website reviews. We are not going to proceed in scammy practice as you lay claims. We fought hard to help you with your account, but since we couldn't do so, we are offering you a big discount as a token of our gratitude and our apologies. The offer still stands, and I hope you can forgive us on our part.

Hi, I understand the frustration, but unfortunately, in this case, this is an old warranty from our service back then, we've updated the policies since then and have been following this since 2019: https://help.vikingdota.com/account-buying/warranty-policy Viking.ATE has been applying the warranty since 2019 to help you out with your order since mail.ru has deactivated the original email, and he has no power to restore it. I hope you understand his struggle.

Hi bro, Let me give you a thorough explanation of why we can't help you with this case. So, by purchasing the Dota 2 Plus, you have to add some sort of funds within the account which violated our rules and warning. Therefore, we're eligible to follow our rule set of our own and void your warranty as you've already set and stone a digital footprint upon the account. I've well explained to you why we couldn't take it back but you keep insisting we're imposing unmanned rules out of nowhere, self-demanding a refund, and opening a dispute with your credit card company. We haven't made any of those, we only following our rule set which you can find here: https://help.vikingdota.com/ Second of all, the account given to you was a normal account, not a premium account, so it can take a long time to find games, we saw that affected and gave another account to test after you re-open another ticket. But this is before the reveal that you've added funds to the account. That's why we can't further swap out the account for you and lead both of us to this disagreement. It will be simple if you don't add funds in. We can simply swap the 2 accounts out and you have full information on the test account. But by adding funds in. You marked it and left a digital footprint on the account, now it is hard for us to resell and it's hard for us to contain the information for the next owner of said account to use. If we do agree to swap and take the account back, in case Steam asks for information that you've imposed on the account, how can we be sure you will be there on short notice? We at Viking value our reputation, and we value our customers even more than everything which has several confirmed reviews as you can check below and on our website reviews. But we'll not tolerate those who impose their wrongdoing and think of it as the right thing to do without reading/understanding our rules set, warnings which we've made first aware of when you purchase any form of service from us. We always have our handful of Help Centers which everyone can access and give a read before/after they make any kind of purchase: https://help.vikingdota.com/ So I humbly request everyone to do the same to avoid this awkward situation.

Hi, we'd like to share our words about the situations that we put you into, I understand that you're frustrated over this since we cannot reach a common ground. However, the account was fine when we made the swap, it's login-able and we do recommend you change everything right away since you can log in and play the game, the warranty's done for the account we swapped and we asked for nothing in return. So what's the problem? the problem lies in the warranty package you've ordered. Your order VKD247xx, is a standard warranty package, and we did cover the account as promised the duration of the package was voided as 7 days have passed. According to our warranty policies: https://help.vikingdota.com/account-buying/warranty-policy We've finalized your order as promised. And since you've time with the account, there's no option for me to finalize the order for you 1 more time. I'm sorry that I cannot assist you more than that but we're just following our policies as best, please know that my partner also did his best to help you till there are no other options available. On the other notes: The 1st account was swapped because of our fault, we took full responsibility and sent you another one. If you were to purchase the account on another platform, which from what was reported by our staff and members has 0 warranty guarantee and may get you into some hairy situation(s) such as getting scammed/no responses from the sellers. While we fulfilled and followed our policies only. I hope this helps you know the differences between us and the other platforms. I bid you an apology for not being able to help you to the fullest and so sorry for your experiences with us. I hope you can give us a chance to make amend if you are ever in the market for one account next time around. This time, we will try to make things right for you. Edit 1: Seems like there's nothing we can do, sorry we can't help you and for leaving bad taste in your experiences with us. I hope your new account last longer than with us. Thank you so much for your report and we will make sure that our partner will learn their lessons.

Hi bro, Per your statement, 3 possible outcomes contributed to the delay in your account did not arrive right away. 1. The payment method you're using is a Bank Transfer. The situation will most likely be your bank has deducted the amount from your bank account causing delays on their end. If that is the case, we've no control over the transactions, and the bank usually will approve and deliver the transaction from 3H to 48H. There are some cases where it will take over a week to process the transaction. For this one, we ask you to wait and keep an eye on your email as the account information will be sent instantly after the amount has successfully transferred to us. 2. You're sending money over PayPal without following our instructions. You either left it blank or wrote extra characters within the messages board. Whenever this happens, it'll depend on our moderators/administrators to manually check and approve the transaction ourselves. Depending on the hours/days, our moderators/administrators' availability might be different from yours. At the time of writing, all the pending orders have been approved by our admin. You can now check your email and follow our instructions to make sure you can enjoy the account to your fullest! 3. You're sending money over Steam Items/Wallet Options. This will depend on our administrator's availability to confirm whether you've paid enough or are short by a few. Once the transaction is confirmed, your order will be confirmed and transferred over email like the other. Within all of the possibilities and LiveChat queue, we always leave a discord link to our open discord community & help center where you can seek out help by creating a ticket and waiting for our moderator/administrator's aid to come: https://discord.gg/Tj6jn6JRuP By the time of writing, I've responded and resorted to all of our discord tickets and Live Chat queue. Again, we're sorry if you're having a bad time waiting, it might be due to our timezone difference that caused this misunderstanding from your perspective. I want to make sure, that we will never leave anyone hanging and that everybody will get the response they need after a while. Thank you and sorry again.
