I bought a premium account ($34 USD) to play ranked and initially I wasn't able to change the email address due to the email being a Yahoo, and yahoo having issues, but I contacted support and within 15 minutes I had a working account with everything set up. The account information was sent within 2 minutes of completing the order.

We just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your recent review of VikingDOTA. We're delighted to hear that you were satisfied with our Dota 2 service, and we truly appreciate your kind words.
Bought an account. Refund policy clearly states if account will not find game (which mine will not) then refund is issued. I have submitted for assistance via live chat, email, and phone (which is always busy). I have had no response in over 24 hours. Will update my review if I receive assistance.

Hi Markus Downey, sorry for your bad experience on our site. Our system detected your payment was a fraud, so we have followed the system's instruction to send you a full refund. We don't think we deserved 1-star service ^^ Anyway, hope you have a good day.
Attempted to steal money from my steam account during boosting.

Sorry for our late response, we have just claimed the Trustpilot profile recently and we are here to solve all problems that you have gotten. It should be good if you can provide your order number so we can check on it :D
It isn't just about boosting, but quality, versatility, keeping high standards on a low profile, avoiding getting spotted and deliver superior results according to your account statistics to look just if it was you but better. Worth the price, times!

I was a bit scared using the site, since there were no reviews anywhere, but after I made the order a booster was found really fast, the boosters on the site are really friendly and there are no issues arranging times etc. with them. And the support is excellent, always awnser in a few minutes and fix any issues.
