Useless overpriced junk
My 8 year old son (an advertisers dream) watched the video for the tie-not and had to have it. In order to buy the item which was approximately £8 he had to spend £16, he added 2 packs of magic straw type things, extortionately priced at £4 for a 4 pack and then paid more admin fees making his total purchase around £20. We live in the UK so after waiting maybe 3 weeks his items arrived. Imagine his disappointment when we discovered that US hose fittings are different from UK fittings, rendering purchase completely useless. The company should be aware and not supply UK customers with incompatible items.

Thank you for getting in touch with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unexpected experience with your recent order. It's important to note that the Tie-Not Water Balloon filler is specifically designed to fit US Standard Garden Hoses, as mentioned on the product page. We understand this might not have been immediately evident, and we regret any confusion it may have caused. Regarding the delivery timeline, we acknowledge that your order took longer than anticipated to reach you in the United Kingdom, and we appreciate your patience. The free shipping option from the United States to the UK, which resulted in your order being shipped on January 8 and received on January 19, is subject to the inherent complexities of international shipping. We also recognize that the £4 Duty and Taxes charge may have been unexpected. Please be aware that this fee is a legal requirement for shipping orders internationally, and the rates are regulated by the UK government, not by our company. We genuinely value your satisfaction, and we would like to make amends for any inconvenience caused, especially for your son. If you could kindly reach out to our customer support team, we would be more than happy to provide your son with a gift card as a gesture of goodwill, which he can use towards a future purchase. Once again, we apologize for any frustration this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
