We strive to keep shipping as affordable as possible, but shipping large, heavy items like the Mystery Box to Alaska incurs carrier fees that are significantly higher than the standard shipping estimate collected at checkout. Dear Jeff, We have reached out several times in order to locate your order information. All we have is your name, Jeff Bezos, and we do not have any orders under that name. Without a physical address, order number, or email address, we cannot find out what has happened here.
