Made my reservation within minutes & the office worker I talked to was extremely nice

The service I received was excellent

We were treated very well and given great customer service at this location. I will use this site for long-term storage without a worry. As for the USSelfstorage service, I was able to find and book a storage unit online fast and easily, good rates and first month free. It was very user friendly and I was able to compare storage units online. Great!

Registered online for a storage space. Got to the facility the next morning and was told that the size I rented wasn't available and that the website has an error for both price and size of the bin. Asked to see other available option and there was nothing cheaper than $55/month although website clearly stated that space was available for a $27/month. Clerk/manager was trying to sweeten the deal by offering me a very generous offer of a free first month rent, which is available online as well as a $20 rebate that the manager new nothing about. If you want to waist your time - this is the place to do it.

Everything went great and the lady who helped me was fantastic, very helpful and nice.

Got to storage after having made reservation the day before computer didn't recognize any of my info didn't offer discounted price from phone and added all kinds of charges canceled the whole thing and walked away.

The guy didnt mind staying that extra time at the last min.. to attend me n took care of me Very nice
