I am moving to Virginia Beach near Sandbridge and was looking for a storage facility that was climate controlled. Extra Space Storage was convenient to where I will buying my next home. They had the size space I needed. It was clean and warm.

Was able to reserve a unit from my phone, and just showed up the next day and paid for it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This location is very welcoming, helpful, great customer service. I highly recommend this location.

The whole process was straightforward and easy, and the reservation was confirmed by email, quickly and clearly. However, when I went directly to the property, they had their own reservation, which did not match the one you confirmed for me. Since the one that was allegedly reserved was not acceptable to me, they showed me another. The two key differences were there price and size: $24 vs $32, and a 4' tall CABINET vs an 8' tall UNIT. Onsite personnel "hid" behind the excuse that they have no control over a third-party like yourselves. A quick resolution to reconcile these differences would be appreciated. Left unresolved, these differences will take a heavy till on your business. A quick resolution would be appreciated. USSELFSTORAGE has all my info for contact.

I reserved a storage unit under the impression from the site that this was a 24 hour access site. After speaking with Michelle I was informed that only 2 customers that were grandfathered in had that privilege. If you don't offer the luxuary than I suggest that you don't advertise it. There are a lot of company's that offer storage but I was drawn to your site because of the contents about the 24 hour access.

It was very informative and quick. The agent was quick to return call after I did online order.
