Order made on 11/18/2019 Order shipped on 01/08/2020 .... 51 days to fulfill an order. Multiple calls, multiple request for information, no priority or urgency.

Terrible experience. Took almost month to get mr product and they didnt even inform us of this. Didnt find out until I emailed them asking where my pump was.

Have not received item. Was promised on 12/24/19, and now scheduled for 12/26/19. I realize that it IS the Christmas season, and understand that there can be delays, all I would suggest is that you don't provide a delivery date that you aren't sure of! Mreet Christmas in the interim! Gb
