Seriously, this website was easy to use with all the support of diversity-based general resources, but the graphics were not any better. They have productive favors, but I'm pleased with 9/10.

I received a circuit board Balboa, VS500Z, Duplex Digital, 8 Pin Phone Cable, Item #54369-01 on 7/13, P.O.#386012 The board did not have a terminal block J10, the plug in that goes to the indicator light on the side of the hot tub. That light has a green (stand by mode, blue (circulating mode) or red when heater is on. The wiring diagram sent with the board shows the terminal block J10. Do I need the sent the board back? Will it work with out connection to the J10 terminal?

Took way too long for order to be shipped after order was made. I had to email and call a few times to get someone to ship the part.

Quick response to stock inquiry. Good pricing and shipping cost. Received order confirmation, but never received any type of shipping confirmation or tracking number. Attempted to contact twice about shipping before finally calling to confirm shipment. Shipment was made same day as order, but I was not notified. A simple email with a tracking number would have made this a 5-star review.

Great communication, respectful, thoughtful but parts are slow to ship. I WOULD recommend using them; just expect a shipping delay.

Have not received item. Was promised on 12/24/19, and now scheduled for 12/26/19. I realize that it IS the Christmas season, and understand that there can be delays, all I would suggest is that you don't provide a delivery date that you aren't sure of! Mreet Christmas in the interim! Gb

It took a little prodding to get the pump I ordered to ship, but once it was, it got here shortly. I also needed a different type of on/off switch that I didnt know I needed, but after talking to a service rep, that got shipped pronto. Thanks
