Absolutely love this planter really contemporary looks great on my patio.I am definitely going to buy more!!I ordered the XL in grey & it's perfect!

All the products are excellent and well made with Modern designing. What I did not care for was the fact that if I needed to return an item there was a significant restocking fee. Sometimes a consumer does not know if an item will look good until it actually is in the home. Most likely I will not order from them again for that very reason.

I thought I'd get something interesting for my granddaughters new apartment. Interesting items but pretty expensive unfortunately!! So I could not get more.

I sought a particular design on line, found it only at Urbilis and ordered right away. The product arrived as estimated in perfect shape and is in my home improving my interior design appearance.

I ordered 5 Vondom planters from Urbilis, with one of them being defective with bowed out sides. I really like the (4 out of 5) that arrived in good condition. Normally this experience would not warrant a 5 star review from me, but the excellent customer service (from Paige) to resolve the defective planter situation pushed my rating up. I have now received several defective replacements, but Paige has immediately addressed the issue every time I notify her of the newest problem. It is rare to have someone like Paige in the customer service world!

Beautiful color, prompt delivery, light weight easy to move. It is the main installation on my deck of colorful pots and plants.

I need to put my red pepper plant where there is more sun than my backyard offers. I went online to see what was available. I decided I need to hang the plant on my 6' fence, but not in my yard; on the other side of my fence that is considered "common area". The plant will have the southern exposure and be untouched by the curious kids around here. Once I found out canvas pots are available I went to stores in my town and couldn't find any. I got on the internet and put "need big planter pot for a pepper plant to hang on a fence" in Search and several web sights came up. Urbilis had what I was looking for. I didn't know if it would be big enough for a pepper plant to mature and produce peppers. I saw the box that I could send a question, so I asked the question that I just typed above. Urbilis responded the next day and showed me the item she thought would work best. This impressed me and I found out Urbilis wants my business. And guess what;their work ethics were so much better than when I went shopping in the stores. Their prices are fair...this item was more than I wanted to spend. I ordered it knowing I could return it if it wasn't acceptable. I need to get permission from the HOA to hang it. It is just what I was looking for and I can use it again next season. I'm very satisfied with the company and I just know the product will work!! Thank you Urbilis
