Great website, great range of products

All the products are excellent and well made with Modern designing. What I did not care for was the fact that if I needed to return an item there was a significant restocking fee. Sometimes a consumer does not know if an item will look good until it actually is in the home. Most likely I will not order from them again for that very reason.

Great customer service, especially my interaction with Lindsey who was able to find out that the product was in stock and get it shipped to me to meet a deadline. The product was fine but the hanging system was completely useless. I had a professional in to hang this fortunately so he was able to drill into the wall, using a moly and screw to attach.
