REFUND policy unacceptable!! I've reached out two times over the course of four days via chat and still have not received any return shipping information. The process is extremely inefficient and time consuming. Will most likely not order from Urbilis again.

Very inferior product for $90 total. Expected something much better

Bought this as a surprised gift for a birthday . Now it is over a week passed the promise date With no package and I still paid for the shipping . Super lame if you ask me .
