I always receive the most personal, exceptional customer service when I call them. The quality and appearance of my orders are always beautiful and exactly what I order. Most friendly people to interact with and willing to help you .

The floral arrangement I ordered from Betty Boop was exactly as highlighted on the website and exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the customer service and engagement was excellent. For me, this is just as important and the product, itself. This will be my go to florist for all of my needs in the Caroline County area.

Responsive, communicative, excellent product, fair price.

Your arrangements are always beautiful and colorful. Thank you for your great customer service and efficient ordering process.

What made my experience great Betty Ann Fortune!

They took the time to explain about the different types of casket spray. Very efficient and attentive. Excellent service!

They were great to work with, affordable and with short notice, they were able to make my delivery with no issues. Thank you for the great work and for being so accommodating.

I live out of the State which made me feel a bit uneasy. The reviews helped me narrow down my choice. Betty was great. We were under a bit of a time crunch, but Betty came through marvelously. She did everything she said she would and the arrangement was perfect.
