Jason was fantastic! I just bought my first bike and was struggling to find locking skewers that would fit it (the frame lacks the usual dropout notches). Jason called me back, calmed me down, and walked me through my options - and he was exceedingly warm and friendly despite me being an obviously flustered bike-newbie. I'm grateful he took the time to understand my concerns, and his good attitude made my morning!

Customer service has been amazing. They exchanged a couple rounds of emails to help make sure I ordered the correct skewers for my long-tail cargo bike that I modified to have a wider rear hub. Seriously, I wish they sold a greater variety of products so I could buy more of my bike parts from such a helpful company. Shipping has been delayed, but by everything I can tell it's due to national shipping bottlenecks, not because of any delay at the company. The order was sent out very quickly.
