The expected delivery date was 7-10 days, the package was "delivering" on days 7-8, and then was said to arrive at my house on the 9th day. On the 10th day there was "delays" and then was updated to arrive on December 3rd. I am not satisfied with this inconsistent shipping process.

Love the product but find it irritating that I get charged a foreign currency fee on each credit card order because of the UK company Upstate uses to bill process. Also, Company should consider implementing some kind of rewards program for repeat customers.

Their prices are high, but the 30MG capsules are one of the best CBD products that I have found, and sometimes they run deals or offer coupons. All in all, I highly recommend this company and plan on continuing to buy products from them.
