Customer service sucks. No number to call, just some chatbot and I go through endless loops not getting the information I need in order to complete the return the scooter.

The scooter came with no charger and no handlebar!! I cannot call customer care, there is no customer care number at all!! Absolute worst. The plan renews from the date of purchase, whereas I am here with no handlebar or charger and I can't use it and they are going to promptly charge for next month from the date of purchase. They have already taken 250 dollars and I don't have a working scooter, it would have been better to buy a budget scooter at that price.

Very bad experience regarding the quality of scooters

Unagi shipped a scooter across the country without checking it first. When I received it, I could not charge at all. I had to then go to the Unagi store to get it repaired before even using it.... The store then connected the battery to the charger, but it's not very good. It loses power quickly and often drops from being half full to no battery in a few minutes. Sorry to admit that Unagi is not what it used to be.

Scooter arrived late, with no honk. It such a pain to send it back that I stay with no honk. I have a unagi store a few blocks from me but they don’t do repair or exchange, they asked me to send it to the other side of the country!! Disappointed by the service but the scooter works fine so I’ll keep it 2 more moths and return it.
