We chose the brand new option for our rentals. The service has been great and the scooters are nice with the exception of the rough ride due to the small diameter hard-rubber tires. They fold nice for easy carrying and the app connectivity with the scooter is well done.

The customer service is no joke, they are awesome. I started to have vibration noise...they shipped me another scooter no questions asked. I didn't have to send mine back until after I received the replacement. It was a seamless process.

I bought my scooter just less than 1.5 years ago. In that time I had the odometer issue where it just jumps to like 6000km. Unagi tried fixing it by it happened again, so I just let it go. Just recently after not riding my scooter over the winter the battery capacity has dropped to about 3 miles range. I contacted customer support and they wanted to chage me $50 for a box to ship it back and another $50 for an evaluation. Upon me asking if I could drop it off they offered to send a box for free but I would still need to pay the $50 eval fee. I guess warranties are warranties, but I expect the battery to last longer than a year and a half. I’m pretty darn disappointed in this company and have gone out and bought a competitor brand.

Don’t ever get your scooter stolen. They will ask for your deductible payment and police report. When you send it to them they will not contact you to let you know they did or did not get it. Hearing nothing implies they have got what they need but they will foolishly mishandle, misplace, lose your file and contact you a year later harassing you because they didn’t get what you sent them. But they did get it. Otherwise it wouldn’t have taken a whole year to figure out you didn’t get it. No company I know of is that sloppy with record keeping. I’ve asked several times why are you contacting me a year later to say you didn’t get what you asked for. A whole year. A competent company would have reached out immediately if they didn’t get what they needed. So that only proves that you did get it, lost it and now are trying to make me pay for your mistake or you didn’t get it and you lost my file lost my info and are retracting the crap you let fall through the cracks. You send nasty harassing threatening messages every day but fail to answer my question. I don’t owe you people the time of day. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB. I’m filing a police report for harassment. I would be very careful providing personal information to these people. If they are losing files yours could likely be next.

I've been with them from the very early days. I had their first gen, then upgraded. I had a minor issue and they replaced my ride immediately. Now they have introduced their "you can have one free to borrow if you are traveling" thing. Love these guys. Love their product.
