My original glasses came and the bow was broken. I contacted customer service, they had me take/send a photo & quickly sent a replacement pair (I didn't have to send the broken ones back). Great customer experience.

A little trouble getting up and going with the prescription, but we worked it out and I have bought 3 pairs and love all 3. Good quality and great customer service

First time ordering online! I scription in incorrectly, and when I got to classes was unable to see. I immediately emailed a copy of my service helped me with the correct information. I was sent my new glasses expeditiously! Love how sturdy and comfortable they are!
