Very impressed by the quality of this cabinet! The surge protector on the inside of the cabin has 3 outlets so I only have the cable tv cable and the power cord to hide! Installed TV into cabinet in just a few minutes. Very happy with the cabinet. We live in a condo and space is limited. My wife and I will recommend this cabinet to all of our friends!

Thank you!!
The service I was given by phone was great. She was informative and took her time but was never pushy. The cabinet arrived as promised and looks so much better in person. Great customer service/experience!

Very sweet of you to take the time! Thanks SOOO much!
We purchased your Banyan Creek cabinet a few weeks ago and I was so happy once it was delivered. Your delivery team was prompt and placed it right in my den where it needed to go. I was thrilled with the overall quality of the cabinet. Installing our 55" TV took about 15 minutes. Not difficult but you need two people to carry a 55" TV. The unit works perfectly and is the focal point of our room. Just in time for the Super Bowl!

I ordered this piece that I was so excited about and when it came, it looked horrible in the space I purchased it for. When I called the company and let them know I needed to return it, I was told that I had to have the piece wrapped and packaged and shipped back on my own. I read the return policy several times before I purchased and clearly misunderstood that I had to be the one find someone to come move it out of my house, package it and ship it. I DID understand that I had to pay for the shipping and packaging (and expected it would be something reasonable), but really?? What company does that? I'm not buying a piece from Craig's list or eBay, I'm purchasing from a respected company. Now I am stuck with a piece that doesn't fit or look right, because it would cost me over $800 to ship back to the company. Why? Because I am a single woman who needs to hire movers to move it down 3 flights of stairs without damaging it, then it has to be brought to a place that will wrap, package, box and palatize it at my expense, and then it has to be freight shipped from California to Ohio. $800 was the BEST quote I could find. Ridiculous. Now too much time has passed and they won't accept it at all (even though it has been packaged already and never touched). BEWARE of return policies and companies that don't make it easy to give their product back if you don't like it or it doesn't satisfy. $2500 is a lot of money for me, and this is really disconcerting.

I am so sorry that you are unhappy with our return policy. We did offer you to return the cabinet 3+ months ago but unfortunately you did not reply for 3+ months which put you well outside our return policy. Again, I am terribly sorry.
No mercy and compassion of owner because of I don't bought the installation of tv and the warranty is void. The service tech. and owner has same language without pity for judgement. So learn a lesson the hard way and Costco or others store is more trustworthy and treat you with respect.

Dear Mr Guzman, Your lift ceased operation / failed as the installation of the TV and components was done improperly. As evidenced in the photos you sent, the lift power cord became entangled in the machine due to poor wire management and not following the installation instructions. This entanglement caused the machine to stop working and was confirmed by the technician we sent to your home. Your machine began working immediately without any parts replacements as soon as our technician removed the power cord and re-routed it properly. As stated, our cabinets are not rated for outdoor use and your cabinet is being used on your covered partition. The lift components are not rated for "wet / moist" areas which will cause problems with the machines and wooden cabinet in the future. As per my phone messages, feel free to contact us anytime. Thank you.
We recently purchased a TV Lift Cabinet, and we love it! It's extremely well made, and I had a great experience working with their staff. I'd recommend a TV Lift Cabinet to anyone!
