We are extremely satisfied with our TV Lift Cabinet. It is well made, came well packaged and the white glove delivery service worked out great. It fits perfectly t the foot of our bed and the mechanism operates smoothly and quietly. One of the best on-line purchases we've ever made. Tim

Exceptional product and service! We just love the way our TV is hidden at the edge of our bed and pops up with just a push of a button. Looks better than we imagined and it is excellent quality for the price. I highly recommend purchasing a TV lift cabinet from this company. It's a great way to hide and watch tv!

My cabinet came and it is beautiful. It was delivered and unpacked and set in place by friendly efficient delivery people. Than the installer came as scheduled Snd now it is working just the way I thought it would. I can only highly recommend this cabinet and this company. Thank you

We have had our cabinet a couple of years and it looks good and serves our needs. We recently experience a problem with random opening and closing so contacted Claire in customer service. She quickly sent us a service bulletin that enabled a fix. I would buy from these folks again.

We bought a TV Lift Cabinet in 2011. It was a beautiful and solidly build product. Many people commented on it. One friend bought one after seeing it in our home. After five years, there was a problem with the lift mechanism. Although the Louisiana company carrying the service contract was not satisfactory, I contacted TV Lift Cabinet directly and got immediate, expert, and free response. Although I had to replace the lift mechanism, none of the the mounting brackets had been changed so the installation of the new lift mechanism was a simple swap out/swap in that took about 10 minutes. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They STAND behind their excellent product. Steve in Minneapolis

My black lab decided to make the TV lift remote a chew toy. I contacted Rob at customer service and he couldn't have been more helpful. He asked for the model year and remote light color and I sent him that and a few pics. Rob located the right replacement right away and shipped it the same day at no charge. He even asked to see a pic of the naughty dog. I would highly recommend this company for thier superior customer service!

The cabinet is not great quality. I'm trying to get some support from the company as the unit isn't working properly. I was hoping to use this unit in 12 other apartments but my client isn't happy that the one unit we have works sporadically. A lot of money for something that works occasionally.

Hi, Originally planned to make a TV lift cabinet by myself starting with an antique cabinet (which would have to find and buy). Glad I didn't. May in future, but only because of how much I've learned from studying how TVLiftCabinet does it. Very, very intelligent design choices. Even where I would have done it differently, I only see that now from seeing how they did it, and may still be lacking some knowledge they have that drove their decisions. Yes, by the way, the company's main office may be in Florida, but the cabinet really is custom made to order by Amish in NE Ohio (more Amish in Ohio than in Pennsylvania!). Delivery truck came early because it only had to drive from Wooster (also in NE Ohio) to Dayton (SW Ohio). Working with the main office staff in Florida, by the way, was just as pleasant as if they too were in Ohio. Fred
