The TV Lift Cabinet we purchased was even better than we expected. High quality workmanship throughout. The only problems we had were with the delivery company. It took over 2 weeks to receive the unit, even though we only live 400 miles from the warehouse.

We highly recommend our TVLiftCabinet. It is a beautifully made, durable piece of furniture. It has the added attraction of keeping our television out of sight until we want to use it. The delivery was perfect and the delivery men took care of the entire process. Set up only took a couple of hours and did not pose any challenges. We are so happy we made the choice to purchase it when we did!

We are very impressed with our cabinet. Picture doesnt do it justice, it is a beautiful work of craftsmanship, we are planning to order 2 more the first of the year. Thank you for having such a quality piece of furniture.

We purchased one of the lift cabinets and was amazed at both the quality of the construction and the service provided. For example when visitors come by they actually think the furniture is a piano because it's built so well. As far as the service is concerned we did have one small issue where the top compartment was not closing quite cleanly, so when I contacted them they immediately had a furniture medic come and fix. Other than that small top fit issue there were no other problems and delivery, installation and the follow ups were top notch. The piece works flawlessly and we see it lasting a lifetime. I would recommend purchasing this furniture to anyone interested in a TV cabinet they will enjoy.

We were in the process of renovating the downstairs area of our home and had arranged for the Geek Squad to come on a certain date to take care of our TV and audio needs. We were moving a larger TV into the master bedroom and wanted to purchase a lift cabinet for it, but we had less than 10 days to find the cabinet and get it delivered so that the Squad could include installation of that TV in their services. It didn't take a lot of time of searching the internet to realize that TVLiftCabinet offered the best quality and service for the price. We placed our order and made it a rush. I received notice that the local delivery company had received the cabinet, but no information about an estimated delivery date. After 2 days passed with no word I called TVLiftCabinet. They contacted the delivery company and insured that the cabine was delivered in time for the Geek Squad. When the delivery company brought the cabinet it wasn't set up quite as I expected. I contacted TVLifeCabinet while the delivery folks were still here and they very patiently explained how the cabinet connections work and why it was set up the way it was. They offered to be on stand-by for the Geek Squad when they installed the TV to answer any questions they might have. Each time I emailed or spoke with a representative from TVLiftCabinets it was like talking to an old friend. I said my name and they immediately knew what order I was referring to. There was never a voice recording or suggestion that I was creating an inconvenience and it was clear that my calls were being handled by someone in the U.S. who knew the company and its operations well - something you don't often experience these days! I would definitely recommend TVLiftCabinet and would never buy from any other company!
