I recently assembled a TV Stand and fireplace/heater combo for a customer and the heater portion would not start out of the box. Grace from Turbro support was very helpful and assisted us with getting a functional replacement quickly. Getting in touch with support was direct and simple and they were responsive and even checked up on us after the replacement had been delivered.

I have 3 different heaters from Turbro and I absolutely love them. They are well built, efficient, and put out a lot of heat! If always order directly from their website and have never had any issues with that. Their shipping is wicked fast and their support team is excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have owned one of their fireplace heaters for some time now. It always worked flawlessly until one day it wouldn't shut off. After having a look, it turned out to be a bad thermostat. I contacted customer service to but a replacement and was told that they do not sell parts. So, even though my unit was out of warranty, they sent me a brand new unit. I couldn't believe it. These people really stand behind their products by going over and above what most other companies would do. They are highly recommended.

I ordered the TS23 model stove through Amazon. I really liked the stove/heater, but after a couple weeks it started making noise. I contacted Turbro and their customer service was exceptional. They had me send some information, and ultimately they sent me a replacement stove. I was surprised! Terry in customer service was responsive and kept me in the loop during the whole replacement process. I love the new stove, is quiet and the flame effect is much brighter also. I highly recommend this stove, and company.

This company offers excellent space heaters and stands behind their warranty and customer support 100%. I would do business with this firm again without hesitation.

Ordered the 23 inch electric fire place insert. Arrived on time and good order. Installed easily into existing fireplace that was being replaced. The only glitch was the remote control that would not work, regardless of what I did. Emailed tech support who contacted me about some information on my problem. A new remote was in the mail that same day. This time, after putting two batteries in it, it worked like a champ. Thank you Turbro for a great product and great customer support.

I bought my first Turbro cabinet through Amazon. Then I discovered their website and went back for two more cabinets and a fireplace insert. I’m THRILLED with my cabinets, as everyone admires them and they provide great storage. The fireplace is perfect for Florida winters in my townhome (no wall space for a fireplace). I’m going back for more when I need another cabinet!
