The selection of appliances is decent, but I found the customer service lacking. Prices are competitive, yet the overall experience felt a bit underwhelming. Not bad, but there’s room for improvement.

To begin, unit was canceled, it was out for delivery then boom, canceled, hottest days in history. Another week later I received it. It worked as intended for around 3wks,it stopped cooling. Contacted co.had to jump through all these hoops with pics and so forth. About a week later I received a replacement. Kudos to customer service, fairly quick to address an issue but not so sure about the quality of the product.
