Customer service was very prompt, attentive and helpful!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I initially purchased a parasite cleanse product for my children. I then ended up being charged for a second product after clicking on a promo, my card information was already saved, the order was processed with no authorized the additional charge. More importantly, after giving the product to my children, they began having bowel movements much more frequently than usual, and complained stomach pain,so I stopped giving it to them. I contacted customer service requesting a refund and a solution. Instead of addressing my refund request, they continue sending explanations about the product and information I already understand. I am not asking for another explanation , I am asking them to resolve the issue and process my refund. Between the way the additional purchase was processed, my concerns about my children’s reaction to the product, and the lack of a straightforward resolution from customer service, I am very dissatisfied with this experience.

Customer service was quick with fixing my subscription!

Even though the drops did not work as well for my kids as I had hoped. Customer service was amazing and got back to me within 24 hours to refund my initial purchase. My children have sensitive stomachs so the only reason I tried was for the money back guarantee, and they honored that without any questions!

I didn’t realize I signed up for a subscription and when it hit my account the following month, I wasn’t sure if I would get a refund. My children had not finished the first batch I received. Joan was awesome and helped me stop my subscription and get a refund.

I only intended to do a one time purchase to see how the product worked for us. I was somehow enrolled into a subscription. When I was notified that my next order and charge was going to take place, I contacted customer service to stop the delivery and cancel the payment and subscription immediately before anything actually processed. They were so quick to respond and promptly took action. I truly appreciated this, as many other companies try to corner you into subscriptions or one more payment. They absolutely did not do this and they were very kind during the whole process as well. After trying the product out, and it works well for us, we will absolitely be returning customers.
