Your website was extremely…uncomplicated to use
Your website was extremely user-friendly and as a technologically challenged seventy-something widow, I very much appreciated that I could get my order through, get my payment method all completed and accepted, and my product arrived promptly and totally undamaged. I would use Trufair again. Thank you

Run don’t buy item was a scam
Run don’t buy item was a scam! The wreath I ordered is nothing like advertised, small with cheap flowers and pumpkins attached to a plastic wreath with glue. Horrible purchase and will not order from this company again.

A sturdy circular bookshelf on wheels
The bookcase arrived in good condition in a 67 lb box! Assembly was pretty straight forward, no missing screws or bits. All of the parts receiving screws were pre-drilled so securing the screws was easy with the supplied screwdriver. The completed bookcase seems very sturdy. I did make a upgrade to the installation process. The provided 'wood screws' would have abraded the book covers as the tops of the screws were not flush with the shelf pieces. I used a counter sink tool to prepare each hole first so that the screw heads were flush with the shelf piece.

HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY --DO NOT BUY…
HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY --DO NOT BUY FROM THEM --THEY CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR RETURN and ALSO A 40-50% RESTOCKING FEE FOR PLASTIC FLOWERS THEY SAY ARE SILK--TOTAL RIP OFF!!! SO THEY MAKE MONEY OFF YOUR RETURN. If I could have given them a "0" star rating I would have. I got ripped off.

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention . We understand your frustration wit the restocking fee. This fee is a standard part of the return policy, which was available to review before your purchase. We have clearly written the return and refund policies and disclosures in the website.
