Your shipping address must be correct at checkout for your package to be delivered correctly. Your package was shipped to the address you provided at checkout, as it is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. You placed an old address at check out. As stated in your email: "I found the problem. I used Gpay for the first time in 2 years, and the address has not been updated. Is there a way to get it back? I don't know the current resident, and management will not help as I had to take them to court to get my security deposit back."

I believe there might be a mix-up regarding your purchase. Based on my records, your order #1206 with Trufairs was for a 30X Magnifying Mirror with Lights, not socks. It appears you may have purchased the socks from a different retailer and are reviewing the wrong item on my store page. Our return policy—clearly stated on our website—requires customers to provide photos of the item before a return address and RMA form can be issued. This step ensures that all products are verified in their original condition and sent to the correct warehouse for processing. In this instance, our records show that no photos were submitted, and as a result, an RMA form was never issued. Without these required steps, we were unable to process the return. Our team reached out multiple times during this process to assist and prevent this outcome. We truly value all customers and appreciate your understanding as we maintain consistent standards for quality control and fair handling of returns.
