I initially ordered from trot before the new managment and my bowls never came. The new owners sent out a memo informing the bowls were back and had new owners, decided to give it a second try and my order arrived quickly with tracking and my dog and I love our new bowl set. Very well made so far!

This company is a scam. They recently sent out an email saying they’re back and under new management. I can’t believe they’d have the audacity to reach out after they essentially stole money from people that had placed an order that was never received. The positive reviews are all fake and from the past 3 days (so that they could have some positive reviews for their apology email). Do not trust them. Do not purchase from them.

I was disappointed that the mat did not quite fit on the stand. It seems the nubs on the bottom of the mat do not sit on either side of the stand to hold it in place but rather on top and my dogs keeps pushing the mat off the stand creating a mess. Everything seems very good quality though so 3 stars

I purchased the slow feeder with stand kit. Overall, the product is great, larger bowls for larger breeds would be a plus though. The stand is the reason for only 4 stars, 2 of the screws would not tighten and the construction is flimsy. Put better thought into the stand design and this is a definite 5 star product.

Ha this company is a joke. The first time it was just a scam and I never got my product- then I get an email saying a new company bought them and they are ready to ship. So I inquire as to the size because the website was contradictory- extra assured I order. I actually receive my item and the quality is good! EXCEPT it’s the wrong size…talking to customer service is painful and while they tell me they had some of the wrong size ship out- at this point I AM DONE with them and will have my family member make me the size needed with wood from Home Depot vs trying to interact with this joke of a company again.
