The new owners of Trot Pets have taken the rehab of this company seriously! I (re)ordered a Trot Pet full set when I found out the brand has changed hands. The order came quickly, is great quality, and has every piece that was promised included. I love it and will likely order another one for another location. Thank you!

I was concerned after my experience with the first company but I have to say this company was true to there word and I love the bowls, I ordered the yellow set and they are beautiful, a very soft color that compliments your decor, they are very well made and I believe they will last a lifetime.

I was hesitant to purchase the bowls due to the fact I never received them back in 2021/2022 but did receive refund. I saw TrotPets was under new ownership so I ended up purchasing them again. They were emailing right back when I would ask questions. I received the bowls within a week or so. I was so happy but notice it would be too small for my Goldens. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a shipping label to return the bowls....received my refund within a week. As soon as they have the large available, I will be ordering again. Thank you!

Absolutely infuriated after just receiving an email from “new management” telling me to eat the $200 I spent on my order that was never fulfilled, and in the same breath, asking me to dump more money into the company (because “give us a chance”). Thanks for adding insult to injury.

I was excited to hear that the company was under new management and would be offering the products I had been anxiously awaiting for my pups. The bowls and stand are superb quality! My senior GSD no longer has to bend over to eat. The stand is the perfect height to ease his arthritic discomfort. I had an issue with the mat not fitting the stand; the communication and solution could not have been smoother! I contacted Trot and was immediately answered (at night and within 30 minutes!). They shipped a corrected stand to me the next day. The products and customer service are top notch! Give the new owners a chance to undo any bad taste in your mouth.

Biggest scam artists I have ever seen. They were unable to fill orders and took customers money then filed bankruptcy and guess what they are back again to do it 2.0 meaning scam you again. Don’t buy, you won’t receive your order. Scam scam scam Just to update on my review, I received an email that if I do not follow up on their reply then my review would be deleted which just shows how shady this company is. They are altering reviews. The first thing your company should focus on is actually fulfilling orders from customers…then You wouldn’t have bad reviews…makes sense

Was shocked to receive a email from this company after I cut off all communication and unsubscribed from emails after they did not fulfill my order after 9 months of taking my money. Will be filing a complaint with CA AG for the company contacting me by email without my permission. They also do not have the required Privacy Rights information for CA residents on their site pursuant to CA privacy legislation that went into affect on January 1, 2023. This is a super shady company that’s been taking money from customers for 2-3 years now and not sending the product ordered. Don’t believe their claims to be under new ownership/management. They just restructured the ownership as part of their bankruptcy proceedings.

RUN! Do not give this company one cent of your money, they are a scam. Ordered my product over ONE YEAR ago and have yet to receive anything. Do not believe them when they say they are a different company and not associated with the previous one. They filed for bankruptcy and re-organized under a different LLC, same name-same website-same product.
