Hey Kwang, sorry about the stand — a leg snapping at the joint under 9 months is not okay, and the replacement not lining up right just adds insult to injury. Hey Richard, fair point — two 90-pound dogs will test any stand, and shaky isn't good enough. Which size stand did you get? Hi Erin — thanks for the honest review, and I'm glad the concept itself resonates. Sorry about the stability and the liner not staying put — a warped-feeling base isn't what we want out there. Also sorry for the slow reply — we're family-owned, just a couple of people, and Trot Pets started as a passion project after we lost our dog to eating too fast.
