Placed my order for dog bowls and elevated stand on November 8, 2021. Now, I know I was a pre-order, early founder, but seriously? These dates keep getting pushed back. I thought I could rely on the early October ship date posted on the site, but I will just have to keep waiting for my “Bernie Madoff” bowls to arrive.

I received one of my two bowls and had quick responses. The second was supposed to ship in September and then October and then November, now all social media has been shut down and emails aren't responded to. Online shipping for their products hasn't been updated either.
