I love the stand and bowl, however, the slow feeder bowl doesn't work for my dog (she won't eat out of it) and I wonder if you offer a set with two simple bowls.

Nice design. Color absolutely not dark blue and does not reflect picture on the website. It's plain blue. Disappointed.

This company truly goes above and beyond. Not only with the quality of their products but with their exceptional customer service. I bought this feeder in 3" and my Frenchie absolutely loves it, unfortunately the stand I recived had a small wobble in it, they offered me a refund or replacement and the replacement showed up in less then a weak, no wobble and they didn't even ask me to send the other one back, so now I have an extra set of bowls for him. I would buy from here again and again truly a great company.

The quality of the bowls and mat are excellent. I will note that for the same capacity as my old bowls, these are wider. I probably could have gone with the smaller bowl but my dog doesn’t seem to mind. I was disappointed that the screws, when tightened to secure the feet to the top of the stand protrude through the top slightly. Trot did offer to send a replacement or refund the cost of the stand. Overall very happy but do hope they get the proper size screws or pre-assemble.
