Thank you for the note ! we are thrilled you like them ! We really appreciate the support !
I was one of the customers affected by the previous issues Trot pets had. While disappointed in what happened, I was more disappointed I didn't recieve the product I was so excited for. When the opportunity to reorder from the new owners arose, I jumped at the chance. The initial stand that came with my order, was not the correct size for the mat to fit over. After a quick email to customer service, I had a new stand on the way at no charge. It arrived yesterday and is perfect. Fantastic customer service. Wonderful product!

Thank you so much ! Sorry for mishap on the original stand but thrilled you got the correct stand and it is working well. We really appreciate the feedback and support. Thanks again !
Bottom of mat is significantly different than shown in pictures. Both in color and design. Color is advertised as coral. By no stretch of the imagination is the bowl and mat that I received coral. It is definitely orange with no pink whatsoever. Like a construction cone color that they just made lighter. Overall extremely misleading advertising that overshadows the actual product. The mat in my opinion is also too small, water still gets everywhere. There is only about a 1 inch perimeter around the bowls which is not enough. Return process too expensive to have to pay for return shipping to a company still rebuilding reputation and me being unsure I’ll actually get a refund.

We are very sorry you are still unhappy. As mentioned to you, we are more than happy to replace the mat / bowls for any other color you would like. Alternatively, if you would like to send the product back we can assure you will receive a full refund. We hope this helps. We are trying and really want you to be happy with the experience. Thank you
I (and my doggy) are very happy with our new bowl set... We had a minor hiccup with the stand but that was addressed promptly and professionally (and communicated with over a holiday weekend). I was one of the original per-orderers of these bowls from the prior regime and I'm very happy that I gave the new owners another chance for my business. I love the bowls.
