Wonderful to have a knowledgeable professional in the field of tinnitus. It was also great that Dr Ali gave me some exercise I could implement me immediately. Dr Ali was warm and encouraging. I’m looking forward to meeting with her again.

Ramsay listened to my questions and answered explaining various ways of how to cope with tinnitus. I am considering TRT or CBT in the new year. She was very patient and informative.

Doctor Ali, helped me out. After my receiver went dead. I had it replaced by a qualify Winex dealer for $75.00. Ben stated he will reimburse me. I thought this was great. Dr. Ali showed me a feature to keep the Ear piece in the ear and sent a video. She gave me a quick anser on the refund also. Thanks Edward

My audiologist, Suzanne May has been so helpful in sorting out concerns, patiently working with me to get the sound therapy right for me, providing information and useful tools and generally being very encouraging and fun to work with. I also appreciate all of the resources that Treble Health provides such as the group meetings, and information videos.
