Did not complete the order within the promised 5-hour deadline. It was a waste of money and time for me. I already have a reputable trademark attorney who I trust and have been working with for years. The only reason I ordered the 5-hour urgent trademark package from this company was because I really needed a trademark search done in 5 hours and my attorney is simply too busy to work that quickly. I ordered the 5-hour urgent trademark package from Urgent Trademark and submitted it by the 8 AM PST deadline. Surprisingly, I received an e-mail from Urgent Trademark saying that, "We will begin to work on your order immediately, but will need until tomorrow to complete it because you are 4 hours past our daily deadline." I e-mailed back to let them know that I had in fact submitted my order on time. Here is the response that I got back: "Yes, I see that you did submit at exactly 7:59am PST,
however no one on our staff saw it until 11:45am PST. Everyone
was on the phones or doing research or doing applications.
We take turns on emails. 90% of our orders are over the phone,
so we get lulled on new orders that come in quietly. We hand
process orders. Sorry for the delay today. Chris."
I did not appreciate the excuses and if I had known the work was not going to get done in 5 hours, I never would have ordered the package. They did not deliver the promised product (a 5 hour trademark service) that I paid them for. On their website, they advertise that "Urgent Trademark will accomplish all your needed trademarking tasks within a supersonic 5 hours. When we say 5 hours, we mean 5 hours, we know 5 hours." These people are totally untrustworthy and unprofessional and I would not trust them with something as important as a trademark search and filing. I ended up hiring my attorney to do the work, so this was a complete waste of money for me.

Hi Betty, It was good to talk to you. Again, I apologize for not catching your email order. Emails are a challenge to us because we have so many clients, resulting in hundreds of emails a day and just a staff of 20. In writing this, I recall, at the time you ordered in Oct 2016 our Urgent Trademark orders were always caught in our spam filters IF we had not communicated with you before. Spamarrest blocks ALL emails that we have not prior approved or first sent an email to you. As it is documented in your file, we had no contact with you in any way before you ordered online. 90% of our clients talk to us, talk to us and talk to us some more - as people have lots of questions before ordering. So, we expect and look for their web orders. In your case we only saw your order when we manually checked the spam filter - 4 hours later. Not swift. Had we known you were in such a time crunch we would have stayed on overtime and finished your order that day. UT clients take about 10 hours, and involve 3-4 staff members - working in concert at the same time. Since you did not stress you had to have the work done immediately, we apologized, started the order that day and finished it with the comprehensive research, analysis, competitive checks and trademark attorney review by 10am the next morning. Ready to file. Then we never heard from you. We never got your TM Application Worksheet. Our overtures to remind you were not answered. I do not understand why you did not complete the process and file your proven to be legally clear name. A check of records show you filed a fictitious name 5 weeks later and filed this trademark with a attorney 10 months later. We recognize things change every day, so we understand why these events became delayed. I wish you would have noticed the quality of our work, the depth of our research which is unparalleled in our small industry and talked to us, come back to us - to file your trademark application. As to our email issue, we have since aimed our email order form at multiple staff emails, around our Spamarrest filters to prevent any delayed orders. Now everyone sees when an order comes in! My offer for a make good stands. Thank you for your time on the phone today!
