I bought a pair of clear glasses, one of the nose guards fell off, I thought I will give thinoptics a ring and see if they would replace them, gave all the info and within 5 days I received a replacement.

I have several pairs of ThinOptics. Recently one pair broke and I wrote them for a replacement. They quickly responded and were kind enough to send a replacement pair based on my photo. This firm is A1 with me and always has great products and service!

I have a pair of Headline Readers and one of the nose clips broke and they sent me a replacement pair immediately.
