Quick customer service in a warranty replacement of a broken pair of readers. While plastic isn't going to last forever I've found there customer service is trying to be there for the long term!

I love Thin Optics! It's really handy when I need to read a label on a product when I'm shopping or to read a menu in a restaurant. I keep a pair in a case stuck on the back of my phone and it's a lot easier to just pluck them out of my phone case than to dig through my handbag to find my glasses. I've been using these for years. Highly recommend!
