dealing with think energy was very easy and service reps were very nice and explained everything so it was easy to understand

This company DOUBLED my electric bill! DO not sign up. I can't even afford it... and this company don't care. they pretend to cancel you but never do. always make sure to get a confirmation number when you cancel- I heard this is what they do SCAM Update: still a scam. They claim they have no record of my cancellation last year and can't do anything about it. DON'T SIGN UP THEY WILL COST YOU MORE. AND BASICALLY TELL YOU THEY DON'T CARE THAT THEY CHARGED YOU DOUBLE

This service is horrible!!! It made my bill double!! I dont recommend them to anyone!!!
