My plant arrived unhealthy. I sent an email but wasn't really happy with the response. I think if I'm not happy with the condition of the plant I should be able to return it or be issued a refund. Photos were attached to the original message.

Just as the title says - everything was delivered perfectly.

Variety of plant options, they plan shipment around weather conditions to ensure the plant is as healthy as it can be going through the mail, I can track shipping, good description of plant care/needs.

The second pot that was delivered was broken like the first. Fortunately the second pot was less cracked and I was able to fix it, but disappointing. I won't order ceramic pots from Sill in the future due to shipping issues.
