When the drip tray for a gifted plant didn't make it in transit it one piece, the Sill immediately rectified the issue. The plant itself is beautiful, and my mom, the giftee, is so impressed with the quality.

A company that can't be trusted. I ordered a plant on Monday that had a guarantee to arrive by Mother's Day (that Sunday). It didn't leave their HQ until Wednesday and missed the delivery promise. It still hasn't arrived and their customer support isn't responding. Do not trust The Sill for anything!
